i need what type of power of attornety
what type of power of attortnety do i need to be a legal right to go in front of a traffic judge to handle my fiance tickets but she has been laid up with sever back problems she borrowed the car when she did not have proof of insurance in the car and no she was caught with her license suspended i been out of work since june 2005 she borrowed the car ro take a friend to the hospitial & get my medication for my back spasm since may 5 she does not drive but like to have the judge make payments on the tickets because she is using her disablity check to pay for rent and utilties
