Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Unsigned dwls ticket
I have a flaw on my driving while licenced suspended ticket, the complaining officer didn't sign it. how fatal is this type of flaw on a legal affidavit such as this? what are my chances for this being dismissed? I was not in my vehicle when approached by the complaining officer, I was walking into a restaurant with my family.
