Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Unsigned Moving Violation
I have a question regarding Michigan Traffic Law. I received a violation for disregarding a stop sign. The officer gave me a ticket, but he failed to sign the bottom part nor did he print his name or put his badge number. Do you think that this ticket should be fought, is this enough to have the ticket excused?
