Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
Access to will
MY grandfather passed away on Sat 6/14/08 and my uncle is not letting my mother or other family members see the will or access any information on any monies, property, etc... Which course of action do we need to take to access the above information?

When the will is filed in the local circuit court for probate, it will then be available to anyone who wishes to inspect it.
