no accounting and looks like theft
my ex husband passed intestate,, Our 2 minor children lived with him half the time in the home they were born and were growing up in. Their older half brother took everything he considered valuable, had them shipped to his home state and then a friend sell the rest of the homes contents, My children had some expensive collectables that had been baught for them over many years, thier fathers friends and family, including the children knew these collectbles belonged to them,,, is it possible to get these personal and sentimental items returned to my children,???
