Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Hi, My brother and I got my dads house when he died.. so I could not help pay the taxes and repairs on it. and my brother wanted to take my name off of the deed.. I was pressured to do so, and I wrote a letter to take my name off of it ,to give to his lawyer. it was not wittiness by anyone . can his lawyer do that without going to court? and can My brother lock me out of the garages? and sell things on this property without telling me ? If I am still on the deed.

. We moved back to Michigan last year. And this month I found out I was still on the Deed after 9 years ago . after paying him money for living here this year and last. and he sold a lot of stuff off this property with out telling me..

My brother is the personal Representative on the Deed, so does that mean he can do any thing he want to the property? without my knowledge .

The taxes are past do. since I did not know I was on the deed do I have to pay them OR does he have to?
