my brother passed away and his daughter gained personal representative and received an order regarding the sale of real estate, do I have any legal standing since I have lived in the house for 7 years and helped pay the mortgageor do I have to move and she gets all my possessions in the house?

If the house is your brother's, she has the right to sell it If you had an agreement with your brother for payments, then you will have to prove it. If any of the contents of the house are yours or your parents that you inherited, those are yours to keep and she cannot sell them, however, you may have to prove the ownership of the items to a judge.
