Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My brother had power of attorney for my mother. She lived with him for about seven years before she passed in 2014. She had a will and money is to divided equally. We can't believe he spent all of her money. Can we take him to probate court to show how he spent her pension, social security and money?

It can be done, but if the money is gone, it may be difficult to collect. You need to speak to a probate attorney ASAP.
