Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Just had Case Evaluation and both parties agreed with the case evaluation. I am the Plantiff in this case and final papers have not been signed yet. I am having second thoughts regarding the findings of the evaluation. What options do I have?? Just because I agreed with the panel can I now recant that and proceed into court???

Short answer, "no". It's binding, that's why you are given 28 days to respond. I don't believe the court will set aside an accepted case evaluation absent some sort of fraud.
