certicate of trust
what can I do when the certicate of trust does not macth the quick claim deed .The attorney that drafted the document will not return my calls .the county court tell me that only the attorney can make the nessary changes.What can can I do if the attorney won't help me.

I do not agree with what you were told by the County Court. However, they cannot provide you legal advice. So, I recommend finding another attorney in the area who is competent in these matters. This is not a difficult issue. If you do not have someone to help ask for a telephone number to the local Bar Association or the Elder Hotline for a referral.
