Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
challenging a will
my father, an attorney cut the siblings out from the settlement in my brother's wrongful death 3 decades ago.
this seed money is now in multiple properties my father owns in other peoples names to see that i see none of his wealth when he ends.
also, his mother has said to me that she wants to leave me something wheb she ends but my father has drawn up her will so that i am cut out.
how under the circumstances can i see any inheritance?

Talk to your mother in private and suggest that she see another attorney because "Dad" has a conflict of interest by writing "Mom's" will.
