Name change
I would like to go back to out original family name that was "Americanized". how do i go about getting a legal name change?

Go to the Clerk of the Probate/Circuit Court in your County of residence. They will provide yopu with a packet for name change. The packet should contain the step-by-step instructions needed. It is a fairly easy process.
