Cheated out of estate money
My Aunt died in Michigan 4 years ago. My two sisters and I are the only living relitives. I think she had a will but it cant be found. My two sisters split (1/3 2/3) leaving me out completly. What can I do? My older sister says she saw a Yellow leagle pad saying that my aunt wanted to leave here estate to all three of us. My younger sister says this is not true. She had the ability to get the money and did. She tells me to get over it. Can I sue her? Can I procecute he for thieft?
