Assuming the deceased was a Michigan resident or had real estate here, you need to open a probate estate in Michigan Courts. I can certainly assist you in this, as I have many out of state probate clients I assist every year. Please visit www.kliszlaw.com for a free consultation on this matter. Tim Klisz
