Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
How do I get a copy of my dead father's will from my sister, he died last summer and we have read the will, but she refuses to give me a copy for my records. I am to receive 1/3 of everything as mentioned in the will, so shouldn't I get a copy? What is my sister hiding from my other sister and I?

You can certainly get a copy from the probate court where it is being probated. Or you can have your attorney ask for a copy. Kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
