Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

When my dad dies (hopefully not for a long time) his will states that everything is to be split 4 ways (4 kids). We are wondering if there is any way to keep the house in the family . We don't want to sell it and split the money. One of the grandkids could move into it and keep up with the taxes. Us 4 kids all have our own houses, but the grandkids don't.

Either your dad must change his will, or the family will have to agree to sell the house to a grandchild.
