Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My dad passed away and in his will he misspelled two last names wrong. One was misspelled twice. Would that make the will no good.

Not likely. Unless the misspellings create uncertainty as to the intended beneficiary, the will is valid and so are the gifts to those people.
