Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
I have a daughter by my present wife. My daughter is beneficiary to my teacher retirement pension. I have two, older, married daughters by a prior marriage. Can they make a claim on my current daughter's benefits from my retiremetn pension, upon my death?

No, not generally. If you also specifically exuded them
in your will too, that would solidify your intent. www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
