Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
One of my daughters is appointed as personnel representative in my 2010 will. Is that the same as a durable finance power of attorney?

No, it is not the same. A personal representative is the person appointed to manage your estate after you pass away. A durable power of attorney for finances manages your assets while you are alive but unable to do so yourself.
