Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My daughter's father passed away in May, 2022 and two vehicles are titled in my name only. When my daughter and her half-sister went through his briefcase and found the titles they weren't given to me. I didn't push the issue since technically I own the vehicles. It's been a year and a half and now they are wanting me to sign over the titles to them. Should the titles have been given to me when they found them and is it a violation of Michigan probate law to not have given them to me?

You could have ordered a duplicate title a year and a half ago.
Good luck.
