Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

A Daughter's right.

Prior to the death of my father-n-law, my wife was told that she would be well taken care of. It now looks as if the will is in a revocable trust and my father-n-law's wife (4th wife) is the trustee. Is my wife at the mercy of her step mother's discretion.

Re: A Daughter's right.

Yes. The trustee is bound by the terms of the trust, however, and can be held responsible for following its directives.
