Death

My brother passed away after 3 weeks

in the hospital, he had no Health

insurance. Can the Hospital's go after

his estate (house) to collect payment?

He wasn't married and had no children.

The hospital may file a claim against his estate. Title to the house determines if it is part of the estate. There are also time limitations and formalities regarding notice that are very strict. Please contact me to discuss in detail. johntatone.com
