Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Hi, my name is Debbie Harris, my dad is 91 and has advanced dementia. He lives with my sister. She has isolated my dad from his family for the past 2.5 years. My sister also had my dad change the will. Mom and dad's estate is worth approximately $500,000.

This is a terrible situation! Consider asking the court to appoint a guardian for your father.
