Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
if the default PR that is to be appointed to an estate has already went against the law more than once as far as the will and Laws of Michigan, (one offense:not bringing back items taken from the home(in the estate) and handed them out (we have proof) can he/she be removed? If so will it cost us money to do it?
