Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Dis-inhertited

My father died leaving his estate to his wife. Not Our Mother There are three sons who were not mentioned in the will. We would like to have a number of items that at one time belonged to our Grandfather - World War I helmit, Ebony cane with silver knob, and a number of mersham pipes. Hohner tremalor harmonca. But step mother refuses to give these items. What are our options?

Re: Dis-inhertited

One must lok to the will. If the will left everything to his wife then you are at her mercy.

Good Luck!!
