Eviction of Mortage Payer Due to Death of Estate Owner
If I live in a deceased persons home, since before his death and then dies, and I then continue to stay, paying the deceased's mortage and property taxes. Can the wills representativge throw me out? I am also equal heir as the estate's representative is.

The Estate representative can move to evict you if you do not pay 1/2 of the fair rental value to the estate. (assuming there are two heirs) Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss in detail. Tim Klisz
