Eviction of Mortage Payer Due to Death of Estate Owner

If I live in a deceased persons home, since before his death and then dies, and I then continue to stay, paying the deceased's mortage and property taxes. Can the wills representativge throw me out? I am also equal heir as the estate's representative is.
