Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

please excuse the spelling i have a slite lerning diss and no spell ck

i had 2 friends staying in my extra bedroom starting nov 1 thay said thay would only be here for one to two months. at the middle of december thay said thay would be out by the first. then arond the first thay said thay needed a little more time. so we gave them another month. the same thing happend at the end of jan. thay wonted more time so we gave it to them. on feb 19 we all got in an argument thay said thay were leving that night. thay did not the next day the 20th i got home from working 8hrs richard my boy friend and co oner of the home was at a buddys house. the guy was disrespecting me and richard and ower son calling him a drounk and me a bad parient. i told him to stop talking shit about us or get out he chose to leave and his girlfrend left as well. her brothe came over to my house saying he was going to contact a loyer and i hade to give her 90 days to leave. am i at fault here? waht should be done?

p.s. wall i was cleening the room it smelled of dog piss, there was cat food and litter every were, my carpet is recked i will need to replace it. I found 8 pot plants in 4 of my pots in a cabnet in the dresser. i have pics of all of this.
