Executor Problems

My mother had a will - house/money to be split 3 ways amoung kids. Bro. ex. of will - however I have not seen a copy nor will he present one. Ex. had mother on death bed sign deed for house over to him solely. How can I get a copy of will - it will not be probated. I have already been paid 1/2 of bank accounts - ex. took other 1/2 - with house supposedly going to other heir (even though house cannot be put in his name due to past child support arrearages)ex. wants that heir to take a mortgage on house to pay ex. and myself the diff. between house and bank accounts. I think there is more to this than ex. is letting on.

Based upon your e-mail, it appears that your brother is not proceeding in a proper manner. There are ways to obtain information in a situation like this and Court intervention is often necessary to protect your interest in the estate.
