Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My family is located in northern Michigan. My mother passed away in October of 2011. She was married to my stepfather for 30 years. His ex raped him for everything she could for years. For this reason, when they built a home together on Grand Traverse bay they intentionally put the home in her name, so that his ex could not get any of his assets if she were to pass. withing two days of her passing his children showed up with total strangers and starting packing up everything. My stepfathers son told me he did not care about my diseased mother and if I wanted anything I should take it or he would have a dumpster placed at the property to dump it all. In short.. I was forced to get what I could or lose any memory of her. I filed at Antrim County probate court. He took me to court to get representation because he had priority over my sister and I. Since then, we have received an inventory value list from his lawyers. Now the house has sold and I am wondering what next? Where is the probate court? I know we are entitled to a share of the estate. I called the Probate court and they confirmed the house sold in March. My step fathers lawyers will not return my calls. ???? What can I do next?
