Farm Equipment
My mother left me her house and the land it sits on. She left my brother a farm and farm equipment. The equipment was kept on the land with the house. The will did not specify a time frame for removal of equipment. How long does my brother have to remove the equipment from my land, and if he does not meet any deadlines, does the ownership at any point revert to myself?
