There are 3 children. me and two younger brothers. He also has 5 siblings. and a girlfriend. Who should be taking care of his stuff? His monies? his banks or whatever he does have from bills to retirment funds and vehicles. What should we be doing with this stuff while he is in this state of incapacitation? Without a financial power of attorney in place, the alternative for long term management of finances is a Conservatorship set up in the court where he is located. I have handled probate matters like this for over 13 years and can help you. Please visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz
