My brother wants to curse and cause me physical, mental, and emotional harm. What can I do to gain my father back. His temporary guardian is Brie Osborne. Her telephone number is 1-248-735-5900. My father and I are Babylonian/Iraqi, but my mother (Jean Mercie O'Connell Sha'aouni) was Ango/ Aryon Catholic Christian with a protestant great grandma named Mary Sharp.

You need to demonstrate that it is in your father's best interest that you act as his guardian. Unless there is an estate plan in place, you and your siblings would have equal priority to be appointed as guardian. However, if there are family issues, the Court may appoint a neutral party to act as guardian if it is in your father's best interest. I would recommend hiring an attorney to represent you at the hearing.
