Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My father passed away and was divorced. My younger sister has been handling his affairs and has yet to produce any legal documents of his, ie: will, life insurance. How can I get her to turn these documents over to the rest of the family members?

If she has started a probate estate with the court. The county probate court will have the will on file. You may go there and have a copy made for a small fee. If she is not the named personal representative, others may have the ability to acquire life insurance info, etc. Please contact me to discuss in more detail at www.johntatone.com
