Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My father passed away in Feb. My sister is the trustee of his estate. (There is just a house and some property). She and I were to sell the house and split the profit. She has now moved into the house...is there anything I can do to get my share of the house?

Yes, your sister has a fiduciary duty to administer your fathers trust in a reasonable amount of time and in the best interests of the beneficiaries. You could consult an attorney and pursue her breach of duty. She also is required to account to you. What she is doing is not proper.

She will require your diligence to make sure she handles her duties. If not, she can be replaced by you. Speak to probate attorneys ASAP.
