Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My father passed away and he left annuities to his parents who preceded him in death. Can you tell me who would receive the annuities? His children or his parents children? We live in Michigan.

Thank you in advance

It would first depend on whether he had a will. If do, the will would govern. Without a will, it would go to his estate, which starts with his spouse and children first. Visit kliszlaw.com to discuss in detail. Tim Klisz
