Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My father passed away recently and I suspect one or more of my siblings coerced him to change his will (omitting me) just weeks before his death. He died of a tumor on his brain (diagnosed 1 year before death), so I am certain he couldn't have made this decision on his own. Is coersion difficult to prove; should I move forward with a lawsuit against my siblings?

My partners have national reputations in contested probate. They wrote a book called Trial and Heirs. See their website thecenterforprobatelitigation.com. Frankly, the success of your lawsuit would probably depend on what the medical records say. The theories could be undue influence, not competent or duress.

Here is a link to our web site will contest page. http://www.probatelitigationmi.com/lawyer-attorney-1392968.html

I am sure they would be willing to speak with you at no charge to determine if it is worth pursuing.
