Some information may be obtained from the court file at the probate court. It is open to the public. They may charge for copies of documents. you may also file a motion to compel the information if your neice is obligated to provide it. It is best to hire an attorney like me, who is familiar with the probate court system to take care of your concerns. Please contact me at johntatone.com if you would like to discuss the details.
