Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Fathers prenup

My Dad had a prenup and it stated that he was worth a certain amount. He has since died and now the lawyer is saying that the numbers were not right. Who is accountable for this error. The documents are signed and look very prefessional.

Re: Fathers prenup

What does it mean that the "numbers were not right" and what is the damage caused by the mistake? More explanation is required. Often, it is not necessarily the fault of the attorney.
