Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My friends parents passed away about 5 yrs ago. They left the house to the four siblings. Three of them have access to the bank account that their relative (tenant) lives in but they refuse to let the fourth one have access..to even view it and won't let her move in though she is currently displaced. What should she do?

She should meet with an attorney to discuss the possibility of opening up a probate estate. If one has already been administered, then she can discuss the next step with regards to property that is owned jointly.
