Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

I need help my grandfather died 4 years ago naming my mother as exietive of the estate my 2 aunt and 1 uncle are behind her on everything and I have 1 aunt who has never been close to the family has been dragging my mother into court for every little thing over and over for the past 4 years the stress has killed my uncle and is putting a huge strain on my very close family and there is no money in the estate just 2 peices of property that my mother has been trying to sell in a horrible real estate market. Is there away to get this to be stop. My mom has sold both properties that are very run down before my grandfather even died. She is still dragging her into court and now they owe the lawyer more then they are getting from the sell of both properties. Please give me a suggestion on how to get to stop this. This stress is causing a major health factor on my whole family my dad has had 2 major heart attacks due to the stress it has caused I can not stand by and watch my family go through this anymore.
