Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My grandfather is planning on moving from Michigan down to Texas to live with his son. His house here in Michigan is completely paid off, no morgage. What would be the steps we would need to take in order for him to sign the house over to me? Thank you very much for any help you can give on this matter.
