Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My Grandfathers Will

My grandfather died in 2005. His will clearly stated that my mother and aunt were given devise and bequeth all bank accounts, personal belongings and rest residue and remainder of of his estate, seized or possessed, or which he may be entitled to @ time of death, or whatsoever nature or description such property may be or wheresoever situated share and share alike to be theirs absolutely forever. My grandmother was appointed personal rep. of his last will. Since she predecead him n death, my mom and aunt were nominated as co-personal reps. Unfortunately during his last days he suffered from dementia and was living n a skilled facility until right b4 death when he came home to take his last breath as he wanted 2 do. The problem is that during this time my aunt had most likely forged documents such as power of attorney(which was notarized by her best friend) and may have possibly moved assests from out of his account. She has also since, sold his home and my mom was not aware. His will was never presented and the only estate that was brought 2 my mom attn was items such as annuitys he had set 2 go directly 2 her. It was also stated that me and sister were 2 recev a set $amount that we never got. What are our rights at this time?HELP
