Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My grandmother died after her divorce and there was still property to sell. My estranged mother, her executor died two years later. Legally I am next in line for executor. Will I be able to enforce the divorce settlement if there is property still left to sell?

If your grandmother was to receive money or property from a divorce settlement, the Personal Representative (executor) has the authority to complete the transaction. Recieve the money or property and enforce the agreement as well as sell the assets of the estate. Please contact me to discuss in more detail [email protected] or 586-580-8850
