Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
Greetings!
My father passed away 3 years ago. My mother is very old and very ill at this time. My younger brother is living with my mother. My mother would like to leave 100% of her will to him. She doesn't have any property except the co-op townhouse she owned which now worth less then $10,000.00 in her name.
What step should he prepares before she departed or which form of will should he needs to fill-out for the state of Michigan? Thank you!
