My grndmother passed away and before she passed she gave her car to me but we never changed the title. Now i found the title to the car and i was wondreing is there any way that i could change the title to my name? There is no will and i have no proof that she gave the car to me other than my parents being witnesses.

Check out the Michigan secretary of state website. Relatives can transfer title to a vehicle with a death certificate as long as there is no probate. Should be easy. Good luck. www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
