Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

guardianship of a minor

I have recently filed a petition to terminate guardianship of my daughter which my mother currently has. The judge ordered a psych eval & substance abuse assessment. How would I go about adding these reports to the petition. Can I just file them in the probate department where I filed my petition? What would be the best way to go about doing this?

If the court ordered these evaluations, then the physican likely already provided the court with a copy. If not, contact the court clerk and she will likely tell you to send them in with a cover letter or file an "amended" petition attaching these documents.

Make sure that any social security numbers are blackened out.
