Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

My husband passed away of a severe hart attack and left no will . We have been married for over 25 years but we've been separated for some time now. He also was receiving disability. What should I do?

Without a will, you are his heir along with any children he had. You will need to open up a probate estate to obtain his assets and pay off any debts. Contact my office for more details.
