legal will

Dad's will mysteriously has children crossed off and one sibling who mysteriosly found will, has her named handwritten in. Is this legal?

There is nothing that makes this will illegal per se, but the suspicious circumstances could give rise to a will contest. Who's handwriting is on the will? Your father's? If so, he may have changed the typewritten will himself. What were the circumstances at the end of his life? These are questions that have a direct bearing on your concern. If the will is handwritten then if it is your dad's handwriting then it may be legal. If it was typewritten, then the change in all likelihood is inappropriate and may in fact not only be valid but may invalidate the will itself. This circumstance is not uncommon but always leads to problems.
