Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Legality of Change of Will

My father was in the hospital, his wife of 30 years, had him sign something giving her complete control just prior to his death (she had feeding tube removed). There was a pre-nuptial agreement when they got married, then a trust and will was set up leaving me as Trustee/Executor of Estate. Without my knowledge or any of his natural children she says she had him sign something changing will. He told me just prior to his death that everything was in my name and his wife's name and nothing had changed. Is this legal and how do I get an account of everything she has disposed of or changed so far?

Re: Legality of Change of Will

Unless things can be worked out privately between all the interested parties the Probate Court is the proper venue to review these facts and determine each parties rights. I recommend you seek the advice of counsel before proceeding.
