This is in response to your email of April 4, 2001, which this office received on June 5, 2001.

Unfortunately, you have not provided me with enough information to properly respond to your question. If your father has a Last Will and Testament (�Will�), the terms of the Will will govern the handling of his estate. Furthermore, any monies that you have used to maintain your father�s property after his death should be reimbursed from the proceeds of the estate. However, to adequately address your concerns you will need to provide an attorney with the probate documents, which should include the value of all the assets your father had at the time of his death.
